response to the teaching of Christ, Camp Wyoming's mission is to provide
a safe place apart; to grow through an experience of extended Christian
community; to affirm the unique value of each person as a child of God;
to develop an appreciation of the natural world and how we respond as
good stewards of God's creation.

The purpose of the
Camp Wyoming summer camp and retreat ministry is to provide
opportunities for people of all ages to come to know Jesus Christ as
Lord and Savior and to grow in Christian faith and living; and to
aid them in understanding the natural world as a precious gift and
the need to responsibly protect the environment.
